As the Head of Learning and Development at Bennett Thrasher, LaQuita partners with firm leaders and associates to design impactful development programs that drive both individual and organizational success. She leads initiatives such as the Summer Leadership Development program, Management Development Training, and comprehensive career coaching, equipping associates with the skills they need to excel personally and professionally. 

With over a decade of experience in leadership development, instructional design, and employee engagement, LaQuita brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic vision to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Adult Learning from the University of Miami. Her expertise extends beyond traditional training—LaQuita is also the co-chair of Bennett Thrasher’s PRIDE Business Resource Group, championing diversity and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community within the firm. 

LaQuita is deeply committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowerment, believing that every individual has the potential to thrive in the right environment. Outside of her professional endeavors, she explores her creativity through painting and actively volunteers in her community, embodying a holistic approach to personal and professional fulfillment.
