As a dedicated advocate for DEI, Ajay serves as a Youth Advocacy Fellow at the LGBTQ Institute within the National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Here, he manages the institute's social media presence and contributes to groundbreaking research on the treatment of youth of color in troubled teen facilities. This project, with support from esteemed institutions, reflects Ajay's commitment to advancing DEI in business.
